GitHub Activity Update
The last few weeks have been quite busy with GitHub activity 📦
For starters, I’m leaving WordPress — as you may have noticed — and using the powerful Hugo blog for my blogging needs. I’ve tried to migrate posts from WordPress, but it was troublesome. I just couldn’t quite get my head around it. Most likely, I’ll be manually importing blog posts from WordPress — just a few of them to populate the new platform 📝
I’ve been cleaning — still a work in progress — and tidying up my repos:
- There were a few that were deprecated, so I either deleted them or merged them into newly created ones
- I’ve been experimenting with some AI models to help fine-tune and extract what I actually need from scripts, both old and new
- I’ve completely revamped a few repos, most importantly livrariaslx, which now has a more modern look and much more powerful info granularity than before
- I’ve also made a few recent scripts that helped me get things done after I spent a couple of hours trying to figure things out ⚙️
Since I’m using a blog and markdown files, I recently started using Obsidian for editing and writing blog posts. Obsidian is probably way smarter and feature-rich, so exploration is needed and will continue 🔍
More radio activity is also planned for the coming weeks, plus a cute little repo I’ve been overlooking and forgetting about that needs some attention and love — radios-pt. This involves getting my hands dirty with WikiData and probably Wikipedia as well, so thinking will be much needed 🧠
Trimming and cutting will continue in the coming weeks. I’d like to keep this place a bit less chaotic than it used to be. A little Marie Kondo-fu is coming this way 🎋
Help and tips are always welcome 👋
